I am not receiving any Notifications?

FACTS: 

A user will receive notifications, If; a mobile number is entered into the TAGPAY ecosystem correctly with the correct country prefix. 

or,

If a mobile user has allowed and turned on notifications within their mobile settings for the TAGPAY Coach and TAGPAY App. 

 

SOLUTION:

If the user has done the above then the user should receive 'PUSH' notifications. If this is still not the case we ask users to contact their organisation to ensure all records held are up to date.
