I am not receiving any Text Messages?

FACTS: 

If a mobile number is entered into the TAGPAY ecosystem correctly with the correct country prefix. The following SMS Messages should occur. 

  • Invitation SMS 
  • 2-Factor-Authentication SMS (4 digit code)
  • E-registration SMS

 

SOLUTION:

If the user has received all the above steps then the user should receive SMS and PUSH notifications.
